Here’s some of our tried and tested ideas to showcase how corporate clients can personalise their charter:
Aircraft branding
Decal the company logo on the side of the charter aircraft and complete it with a dedicated company mat at the bottom of the aircraft steps, symbolising the company is welcoming everyone.
Headrest covers
Own the inside with personalised headrests – ensure each seat has a branded headrest with the company logo on to add colour and consistency to the interior.
Bespoke menus
Choose food and drink to be served onboard inline with company food choices, values, and culture. Have fun with onboard dining – bespoke a menu based on the occasion, curate a company cocktail to be served onboard and more.
Check-in screens
For larger corporate groups not flying out of private terminals, check-in screens can be adapted to have company logos on the screens, in essence creating a private check in area within the airport.
Cabin branding
Keep the branding visible and consistent throughout the cabin by choosing branded cocktail napkins, coasters and gifts such as confectionery, golf balls, chocolate or mini-bottles of champagne. We do a lot of branded football scarves for our football fan group charters. You can also personalise cushions and travel pillows for all guests onboard.
Welcome area
Reserve an area in a VIP airport lounge for the group to meet, complete with pop up banners and other decor.
Ground transportation
The Smart team can help arrange transportation to and from the airport and we can also arrange for luxury coaches and shuttle buses to be branded.
In-flight magazine
Have some fun and kick off a corporate charter with a spoof in-flight magazine detailing the trip’s itinerary.
Entertainment
Start the trip on a high and get some musical entertainment to welcome guests. We had a major football team’s mascot onboard once for a fan group charter which got everyone riled up in just the right way.
Crew uniforms
Some aviation companies will allow their cabin crew to wear specific uniforms, as long as it doesn’t interfere with stringent health and safety standards and policies. Imagine if the crew were all in matching corporate colours, it would make everyone onboard feel they are being whisked away on a company jet.
On-board announcements
The cabin crew are hired to be at the disposal of the client so in advance, ask Smart to brief them to ensure they do a meaningful welcome to all personnel onboard.
