We’re thrilled to announce that our very own Max Cassar has been shortlisted as one of six finalists for the Young Person of the Year Award 2025 at the Air Charter Association’s Air Charter Excellence Awards.
Since joining Smart Aviation just over a year ago, Max has consistently impressed us with his drive, professionalism, and passion. He embodies everything we value in an aircraft charter broker – ambition, energy, and a commitment to delivering a high level of client service.
The Air Charter Excellence Awards 2025 will take place on Thursday, 13 November at the Hilton Brighton Metropole, bringing together more than 500 guests from across the aviation industry for an evening of celebration, networking and recognition.
Hosted annually by The Air Charter Association (ACA), the awards honour the best in global air charter operations, from outstanding brokers and operators to innovative service providers. The Young Person of the Year category is the only award to recognise individual achievement within the industry. Finalists are reviewed by the ACA Chairman, who also selects the overall winner.
