Smart’s MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) corporate charter bookings saw significant growth in 2024, and 2025 has already been revved up with an aircraft charter for a Central European motor company.
The company returned to Smart Aviation’s unrivalled charter expertise for the third consecutive year to source an aircraft large enough to fly 70 employees from Bratislava to Warsaw for the company’s annual conference. Smart secured a Boeing 737-800 from our trusted partner, Air Explore, based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
The charter team organised light refreshments to be served on-board the one-hour flight, and also took care of the on-ward transportation from the airport to the conference venue by booking a luxury coach on behalf of our client, spacious enough to transport the whole group in style.
Clive Head, Senior Charter Broker, said: “We have worked with this automotive client for the past three years and we are delighted that they have returned to us again for the Smart service. Winter conditions were particularly challenging on the day of departure, however, it did not impact the passengers getting to their destination safely and in time for their conference. As always, it was a pleasure to work with our airline partner, Air Explore”.
